Maison Egea is a New York based studio that creates sustainable and thoughtful designs from wallpaper to puzzles

Wallpapers

M/E offers a patterned experience so you can tell your story through the designs in our collection. Our collections are made of unique designs based on original hand made artworks. Each pattern emerges from a truly artistic process, research and experimentation by our studio. The designs are hand-painted and hand-drawn using watercolor, inks, pastels and high end craft-techniques.

Capsule collection

Our team work on very special capsule collection around stories and rituals. The objective is to develop new traditions and share communal moments with beautiful designs.

Our founder

Maison Egea was created by Artist and Textile Designer Leïla Dubus.

After over a decade of collaborations with famous luxury fashion houses in Europe and New York, Leïla founded Maison Egea to bring her expertise, talent and skills to your home.

She finds inspiration in her French roots and her current New York lifestyle, mixing references, styles and techniques to bring her unique artworks.

Her process starts with in depth research informed by her extensive knowledge in art history and contemporary art, then technical possibilities and experimentations to develop original designs.
